Adrian’s practice spans domestic and global employment law, with deep experience advising on workforce strategy, restructuring, investigations, human rights, employment standards, labour relations, and cross‑border compliance. His background includes senior in‑house roles, where he managed employment litigation and provided strategic guidance across Canada, the United States, and Latin America. His work routinely involves sensitive, high‑stakes matters requiring discretion, diplomacy, and business‑aligned solutions. Adrian's focus is helping his clients navigate sensitive and wide‑ranging issues throughout the employment lifecycle, balancing pragmatism, risk, and compliance.
