On Thursday, October 8th, from 12:00pm - 1:30pm, Adrian Ishak will be speaking at the Ontario Bar Association’s CPD presentation titled Employment Law for Aging Workers: Terminations, Accommodations, and Human Rights.
In this session, Adrian, alongside his co-speakers, will explore the legal issues surrounding the employment and termination of older workers, and how to navigate these issues as both employee and employer counsel.
