Billing & Accounting Coordinator

Susan is Piccolo Heath LLP’s Billing & Accounting Coordinator. She is a Licensed Paralegal with the Law Society of Ontario and brings over 10 years of experience in the legal industry, including extensive work in tax.

 Susan is passionate about helping people and making the billing process as clear and stress-free as possible. Her strong communication skills, patience, and empathy allow her to guide clients from start to finish with confidence and care. Within the firm, she also supports financial operations to help Piccolo Heath thrive.

 She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from York University and is a Qualified Associate Financial Planner™ (QAFP®). Susan has completed multiple certifications in financial services and project management and is currently pursuing her MBA at Thompson Rivers University.

 Outside of work, Susan volunteers as a Crisis Responder with 9-8-8: Suicide Crisis Helpline and as a Tax Volunteer with WoodGreen Community Services. She also performs as Principal Viola with the Etobicoke Philharmonic Orchestra and enjoys time with Rue, her sweet (to her) and feisty (to everyone else) chihuahua mix.
